Right: Duke, Browning, Blake x4, palace, black'ning; capital I in the London line for the first time in four starters. 2026-10-12Gap → Gap12 Oct, typed answers: gost, freind, dicid, panikes, c-secoin, 'thereafter' for hereafter. 'ghost' right on its next two uses after one flag. Capitals: no name capitalised in the starter or steps 1-4; after the rule was named, Banquo 2/2 and Macbeth 0/2, then 0/3 names in the next message; in the final ten-step list Macbeth, Duncan, Banquo, Macduff, Glamis and Cawdor all capitalised ('lady' and 'thane' not). The check sentence with Macbeth and Thane of Cawdor was not set.session 96
2026-10-08Gap → GapSession 86, 8 Oct: cued cold: witches right with the plural (not produced 6 Oct), killed right; 'kills' not produced - the gap took either. Lower-case i in the London line (third starter with it). In typed answers: 'the count' x2 lower case, then 'Count's' with capital and apostrophe; Browning, Duke, Duchess, Neptune capitalised; 'Browning is shows is'. The check sentence with Macbeth and Thane of Cawdor was not set.standalone
2026-10-06Gap → GapCued spellings cold: father right (was 'farther' on 1 and 5 Oct), killed right, 'witch' right but the plural not produced - 3/3 as typed. In the cold London line: 'tho'' for thro', lower-case i. In typed answers: 'lilel' (title), 'etse' (else), 'Thane of cawdor', 'orderd', 'Dukes' with no apostrophe; Browning, Duke and Duchess correct with capitals. The check sentence with Macbeth and Thane of Cawdor was not set. Two messages were dictated and are not counted.session 76
2026-10-05Gap → GapCold, no notes: street, eerie, connected correct (each wrong on or before 1 Oct); 'farther' for father in the list, then 'father' correct in her next answer. 3/4. In production: 'killes', 'kill' for kills, lower-case 'macbeth' and 'thane of cawdor'. 0 names misspelled.session 72
2026-10-01Gap → GapTyped slips: 'farther' for father, lower-case 'banquo', comma after 'What' dropped in the copied quotation. 'Thane of Cawdor', 'Macbeth', 'witches' all correct this time (witches was 'wtches' at 11:15).session 64
2026-10-01Gap → GapTyped slips: 'conecteded', 'thair' for they're, lower-case 'i' in the copied line. Glamis, Cawdor, Macbeth, Shakespeare (in the frame) all correct. street, eerie, witches not re-asked.session 63
2026-10-01Gap → GapCold: Ozymandias, hearse, wander, charter'd all correct, 4/4 of the items wrong on 29 Sep. Typed slips today in ordinary words: 'streat' (third time since 21 Sep), 'peom', 'erye', 'wtches', 'shakespearing', lower-case 'macbeth' once and 'thursday'. 'Thane of Cawdor' correct from memory.session 62
2026-09-29Gap → GapCold: 'street' and 'different' correct (test #27: 0 of 2, vs 2 slips last time); 'wonder', 'cherter'd', 'Ozimandias' wrong; 'hearse' blank then 'hoonser' after the first letter. Retype wander / charter'd / Ozymandias / hearse 4/4. Today's slips were in cold retrieval, not production.session 57
2026-09-28Gap → Gapthro' exact in the starter (fixed since 24 Sep) but 'tho'' again inside the paper 4 min later, plus 'walk' for wander; 'i' lower case. Correct in retrieval, wrong in production — same pattern as 21-24 Sep.session 50
2026-09-24Gap → GapStarter: 'different' correct cold; 'street' correct inside the line; 'Ozymandias' correct in the paragraph but 'Ozymanidas' in a quick one-line answer. Context: no shape hint; 'i don't know' first; after narrowing to content only, she placed a because-sentence on the writer's method herself.session 44
2026-09-22Gap → GapOzymandias, because, controlled, different (in draft) all correct today after being flagged yesterday. New slips: 'streat' (second day), 'diffrent'; both corrected after a memory aid, street retyped correctly. Context clause not attempted.session 39
2026-09-21Gap → GapRetype of London / Palace / priests / charter'd done 4/4; 0 of those four misspelled in the drafts (test #27: vs 1 on 17 Sep). Other typed misspellings: 'becouse', 'controled', 'streat', 'Ozymandius' (4). Not corrected by her when named ('because', 'controlled' flagged before draft 3, still wrong in draft 3).session 35
2026-09-17Gap → GapTyped spellings: 'despear', 'sorow', 'chartered' for charter'd in the paragraph; 'charter'd' then correct in the exit ticket first line. Retype of London / Palace / priests from 14 Sep still not done; test #27 not run.session 30
2026-09-16Gap → Gap4 misspellings in 5 typed answers: 'palice', 'priced' (priests), 'happend', 'londen'. Correct spellings given; retype before the break requested and not carried out.session 28
2026-09-15Gap → GapWrote 'Shelley, who could not safely attack King George directly and so he wrote it about an achent king, wants the reader...' - context inside her own sentence as a clause, no model sentence in front of her, after a hint on the clause shape ('who...' / 'writing in...'). Grammar slip ('and so he') and 'achent' corrected by the tutor. One supported instance.session 25
2026-09-11Developing → Gapaudit: session 18 raised K6.1 two levels (notstarted → developing) in one call, skipping gap — flagged by the review-audit queue. Evidence shows the 1818/George III context reproduced with a model sentence in front of her, not built independently as a clause. Reverted to gap.standalone
2026-09-11Not started → DevelopingTaught explicitly with a model sentence — context inside a sentence about the text, never as biography. She reached the George III reading orally and carried the idea into her paragraph, but has not yet written context as a subordinate clause herself.session 18

English Literature syllabus (Paige, June 2027) — decomposed from AQA 8702
File held by the parent: english-literature-syllabus.md (5 Sep 2026). Decomposes spec 3.1–3.3 into the S/N/M x.y, P, U and K x.y refs in this tracker, with the 32-week scheme of work (modern text → Shakespeare → novel, poetry in parallel), dated checkpoints (13 Nov, 11 Dec, 29 Jan, 12 Mar, 30 Apr), the six AQA question stems, all three anthology cluster lists, the terminology set, set-text recommendation and coverage audit. No URL — ask the parent for the file or its hosted copy.

Branching Story project — stimulus policy
Approved by parent 9 Sep 2026. K-strand skills (K1 what-how-why, K3 methods/structure to effect, K5 writer as subject) may be taught first on Paige's own choose-your-own-path story, then transferred to a set text IN THE SAME SESSION. The transfer is not optional. Nothing in S/N/M/P strands is replaced: set texts, the Power and Conflict poems and all timed essays are unchanged. Set-text knowledge time is ring-fenced.

Branching Story — day brief M4 (9 Sep 2026)
Module 4 of the self-paced day. Part A: one what-how-why paragraph about her OWN structural choice, written in the third person ('the writer places the shift at X in order to Y') - one idea developed, not a list (K1, K5). Part B: same sentence shape on Ozymandias, whose nested voices mirror a branching structure, closing the outstanding Shelley 1818 / hostility-to-tyranny context as a clause (P1.01). K3.2 still needs a NEW poem and is not covered here.
